Description
Purple ground orchid (Spathoglottis plicata) is a low maintenance terrestrial orchid that grows in soil. Native to Australia with long lasting purple flowers.
Care and Maintenance: This ground orchid will take full sun, the leaves may scorch but will harden off with next leaf growth or tolerate heavy shade and anything in between. Likes moisture and free draining soil. Heavy clay will rot the bulbs.
