FAQs

A. As our nursery uses bore water only to water our plants, these white marks are limescale left over as the water dries on the plant’s surface. Some plants that have large leaves can be wiped off gently using a sponge and water, some marks might be removed. Not all marks can/will be removed.

A. Once again, the bore water and some plants don’t always mix well. Some plants I can successfully grow in the ground but not in pots on the bore water. We have tried and failed with different stock over the years and we’ve had to learn to stick to what works for us. We also have specific racks to display our nursery plants so tall items don’t work on our frames and lastly some plants simply don’t like our climate here in Central Queensland.

A. No sorry you’ll need to complete two separate orders. Our pick up option doesn’t incur a cost. Checkout won’t allow these to be combined at the same time.

A. The check out will automatically select the larger size for post at the checkout. E.g. You order one large post size and two medium sizes post; the checkout will automatically select large size so we can fit all items into the parcel.

A. Please email us and whilst it’s preferable to use our business hours where possible we can try to be flexible when we can. Any plants that are collected outside our business hours will be collected from the carport and entry into the nursery is not applicable.

A. No sorry there will be a reason the item is only available for pick up only.

A. Whilst we can have look on the day we receive an enquiry we don’t hold or take “Wishlists”.  We thank you for your understanding in this matter.

A. No sorry, refunds are only eligible in the first 48 hours from receiving the parcel and only after following the guidelines stated in our terms and conditions to show proof of issue and we have deemed this to be correct. Plants are living things and as such sometimes survival isn’t always assured.

A. We do have a short break over the Christmas/New Year period. Both the nursery and the website are closed whilst we enjoy a short break. Our Facebook page will have more updates on our opening date for the new year.
