Concierge Service
Firstly, please email us before proceeding with any order to enquire about using a concierge service. Concierge is used to ship plants into WA, NT & TAS. You will also need to make sure the plants you want to ship through concierge are plants allowed to enter the individual states.
We use Uprooted for our Concierge Service. Please visit their website for pricing information and the relevant forms required to use their service.
Only plants that we can pot into 110cm pots and that are under 50cm may be able to be shipped. All three states also have restrictions on which plants are allowed to enter each state.
We charge $20 per plant to send to Uprooted as we must send each plant fully potted. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check if plants are allowed to enter each state and to fill out the required forms.
When proceeding we send Uprooted your plant/s with their scientific name, state who the order is for with your name, postal address and mobile number.
You will also need to send them your tracking number we give to you when we have posted the plants to Uprooted.
Plants can sit at Uprooted’s facility until their postal date for individual states arrives. As such plants can endure a large amount of stress; please note we accept no responsibility for the state of plants on arrival after being in Uprooted’s care. You will receive photos of your packed parcel from us before we close your parcel as proof of quality of plants leaving our nursery. Any issues that arise upon receiving your parcel from Uprooted once in their care needs to be directly addressed with their organisation.
Uprooted prices are subject to change at any time, but a rough price guide is as follows (subject to change at any time on their website).
TAS & NT $40 Minium charge & then $35 per plant (TAS posted weekly & NT once a month)
WA $50 Minium charge & then $35 per plant (WA posted once a month)
Important Things to Note:
- Plant must be able to be potted in 110cm size pot and be under 50cm in height
- It must be a plant that can enter the state. Please have this information before making an enquiry with us. (Uprooted has more information on the relevant authorities to ask)
- You fill out the relevant forms through Uprooted if plants are allowed to enter the state
- Two fees involved. One to us and one to Uprooted.
- We need your name, address and mobile number to attach inside the parcel
- You will need to send Uprooted your tracking number after you have received it from us
- Photos of the quality of plants leaving our nursery will be sent to your mobile phone number. Any issues after receiving your plants from Uprooted will need to be resolved with Uprooted directly.
We can use another service if it is preferred. We will need their business name. a contact person, phone number and their postal address when emailing us an enquiry.
