Shipping Information

We post to non-restricted states. Non restricted states are QLD, NSW, VIC, ACT & SA.

Concierge to WA, NT & TAS is a separate cost. Please see our concierge information.

We only offer express postage.

Post is express every Monday. We ship express no extras. This means no signature on arrival. We have an Add Note section on our checkout page if you need to add any notes regarding shipping/delivery please use the Add Note section.

The weekly cut off to make Monday’s post is 12 noon Saturdays. Anything placed after 12 noon Saturdays will be sent the following Monday.

If a public holiday falls on Monday post will be express on Tuesdays.

We use Australia Post for all our shipping. Shipping timelines per state can be searched through Australia post directly.

You will be notified by email of your tracking number.

If any parcel hasn’t arrived by Friday lunchtime, please call me on my mobile directly on 0478 619 933. Please have your tracking number available to assist us with your search.

If you order plants that fall into different post sizes; post will automatically use the largest size that you have selected. E.g. You have 2 small plants ordered and you select a plant in the medium category, your post at checkout automatically will be a medium size.

Shipping around Christmas/New Year may be affected. We do have a short break over this period and website ordering will not be available during this short closed period.
