Description
DESCRIPTON: Evergreen tropical foliage plant. Elaine grows to 2m. Elongated oak shaped leaves in shades of yellow, green, red, pink and orange. Unusual veining in the centre of the leaf that doesn’t reach the outer edge. Bushes up nicely and stands out from a distance. Crotons are very visually pleasing and ideal if you need some colour in your gardens. Famous for their varied array of different colours and unusual leaf shapes. They can be multi-planted on mass, feature plants or used as a colourful hedge.
CARE & MAINTENANCE: Likes to be kept fairly well watered, there are a few varieties that like a little more shade but generally most thrive in full sun. Thrives in warm humid conditions can be pruned to hedge or topiary the shape. Regularly fertilised during the warmer months with keep it looking healthy.
